VirtualKick Presale Terms & Conditions Effective Date: July 25, 2026 These Presale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the VirtualKick Presale offered by Faye Entertainment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a VirtualKick Presale package, you agree to these Terms. 1. Presale Benefits Depending on the selected package, purchasers may receive benefits including: * Early platform access. * Exclusive founder status. * Founder badges. * VirtualKick rewards. * In-game digital assets. * Marketplace privileges. * Community recognition. * Other benefits announced by Faye Entertainment. Benefits may differ between Presale tiers. 5. Reward Distribution Rewards will be distributed according to the official Rewards & Earnings Policy. Fraud Prevention Faye Entertainment may suspend or terminate accounts involved in: * Chargeback fraud. * Identity fraud. * Referral abuse. * Multiple-account abuse. * Payment fraud. * Automated or scripted abuse. Rewards obtained through fraudulent activity may be revoked. 10. Intellectual Property All platform software, branding, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content remain the exclusive property of Faye Entertainment or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through a Presale purchase. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faye Entertainment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Presale. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. 12.
